INVOICING INFORMATION

General Prices Information

All prices are valid from January 2026, subject to adjustments and excluding VAT.

Monthly Management Fees

They include all fixed costs related to the aircraft, such as maintenance, repair, pilots and other operating costs.

The Monthly Management Fee & Hourly Rate are subject to an annual adjustment and based on the Consumer Price Index (OECD), Fuel and Eurocontrol variations.

Special Invoicing

Flights within the UK and within Switzerland, will be invoiced with a ratio on the Hourly Rate Zone I rate. Subject to availability.

Hourly Rate

The Hourly Rate applied for Zone 1 covers all variable costs incurred whilst using the aircraft. There is a Fuel Index which varies depending on the cost of Fuel and Eurocontrol fluctuations. There is a higher Hourly Rate for flights in Zone 2.

Hourly over-warranty surcharge of 60€/h on the Hourly Rate for aircraft older than 2 years.

Change of Registration Fee

A fee of 2 090 EUR (ecl VAT) applies in case of a Second Hand share acquisition or in case of a change of registration requested by the share owner during the contract period.

Jetfly has partnered with US fractional operator PlaneSense to offer Owners access to their fleet in the US and across their collective service area including Central America and the Caribbean. PlaneSense operates a fleet of PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft and shares the same safety, service and maintenance standards.

EMPTY LEG & FLIGHT SHARING

Jetfly Owners can now access our operational positioning flights via the Jetfly app free of charge and with no impact on their allocated flying time. Owners also have the option of opening flights of their choice to other Owners in order to optimize their costs and the environmental impact of each flight, reducing their flight cost.

Today's SAF typically consist of a blend of 40% renewable fuel and 60% traditional fuel.
